Common questions

The calorie estimate looks wrong

Tap an item and slide its grams; totals update instantly. You can also rename items. For mixed dishes, a top-down photo with the whole plate in frame works best. Over a few weeks, the adaptive target corrects for systematic over- or under-estimation using your weight trend.

It says I reached my daily scan limit

Free and Premium plans have daily limits shown in the app. Limits reset at midnight (UTC). You can still add meals by typing or by repeating a recent meal, which does not use a scan.

“This is not food”

The AI only analyzes food. Try again with the plate centered and well lit. Failed analyses do not count against your limit.

How are my targets calculated?

From your height, weight, age, sex and activity level outside of sport using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, with safety limits: a minimum daily intake and a maximum loss of 1% of body weight per week. The app’s Sources screen lists the research behind every rule.

Workouts

Edit your place, equipment, days and sensitive areas anytime from the Move tab → Equipment. If something hurts during a workout, tap “It hurts” to swap the exercise.

Subscriptions

Cancel: iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Doratify. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Refunds: handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies.
Restore purchases: on a new phone, sign in with the same account and use “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
